Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Woleta, the website woleta.com, and the living pages it hosts. By using Woleta, you agree to them.

1. The service

Woleta is a travel memory companion. It helps you capture moments, drafts them with AI, and lets you reflect, relive, and share. Woleta is an aid to remembering and to writing, not a guaranteed vault. The AI produces drafts of your memories, never a certified or exact record. You stay the owner of your content and remain responsible for it.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the trips, notes, and photos you create. You grant Woleta only the limited permission needed to operate the service, for example to render and host a living page that you choose to publish.

You are responsible for what you capture and share, including the image rights and privacy of the people in your photos. Do not publish content you do not have the right to share.

3. Living pages and acceptable use

Living pages are private by default. If you make a page public, it becomes a hosted page that others can view and report. We may remove a page that breaks these terms or applicable law, following our notice-and-action process. You can report a page from the page itself or by writing to abuse@woleta.com.

Do not use Woleta to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to identify people without their consent.

4. Plans and payment

Woleta offers a free plan and premium plans (Trip Pass, Monthly, and Yearly). Premium is billed through the App Store under Apple's terms. Free includes capture and your private journal, premium covers hosting, cloud answers, and sync. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

5. Availability and drafts

We work to keep Woleta available, but we provide the service on an as-is basis and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. AI drafts may contain mistakes, you should review and edit them. We do not present any draft as a verified truth.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Woleta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content that you have not also backed up. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by French law. For any question, write to hello@woleta.com or see our privacy policy.
